Annakheel Company owns Annakheel Resort Village located at the Northern Abhor Gulf, and it is only 20 minutes away from the center of Jeddah city, and 20 minutes drive from King Abdulaziz Int. Airport.
Annakheel Village is one of the most luxurious resort villages in Jeddah. It contains 112 luxurious villas , 21 hotel apartments, and a hotel consisting of 43 rooms and suites.

The hotel offers various services to the owners, lessees and the tourists such as restaurants, laundry, meeting halls, external meals, and recreational programs. The Village was built in a manner that respects privacy and comfort where 83% of its area was allotted to green areas.
