| A.I am a long time shareholder, and I want to get my dividends for the previous years that I have not received yet, how can I get that? |
Sharaco distributes the dividends to its long time shareholders by issuing checks for this purpose, yet there are some requirements for this, such as:
- The shareholder shall have a portifolio in a bank.
- The shareholder shall place the original certificates on the Saudi Stock Exchange "Tadawul" (shareholder can check with "Tadawul" what is required for placing the shareholder certificates). Thus, based on this, the dividends can be cashed by a check in the name of the owner of the original certificates.

| B. I am a long time shareholder, and a check was issued for me for the dividends but I have lost it. So, is it possible to issue another check of dividends for me? |
Yes, but the following procedures are required:
- The shareholder shall contact Sharaco by dialing (0148166666 extension 279, or by mailing to Sharaco mail address: P. O. Box: 5500 Riyadh 11422) for notifying about the lost check, while providing the concerned employee with his fax number.
- Sharaco sends to the shareholder a lost check undertaking form to his fax number so he could be able to fill it out, sign it and resend it to Sharaco via the following fax number: 0148016666.
- Sharaco will take the appropriate measures to stop the lost check from being paid, and then reissues another check in lieu of the lost one, and send it to the shareholder.

| C. I am a shareholder, and I have a number of shares that deserve dividends. I bought these shares from the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), but the dividends of these shares have reached my portifolio, what can I do? |
You have to do the following things:
- Make sure that you have entered the correct data in your register in (Tadawul), and in the bank of your portifolio.
- In case that your data is correct, you have to check with the nearest SABB branch for receiving your dividends.
- In case that the shareholder was not able to do the two above-mentioned steps, he shall contact Sharaco on 014816666 to help him get his dividends.
