Overview

SHARACO (a joint stock company) was founded on 06/01/1497H, corresponding to 27/12/1976, in accordance with the Royal Decree No. m/69, and registered under the commercial registration No.(1010010726), with SR1,000,000,000 fully paid up capital divided into SR100,000,000 shares, with a nominal value of SR10 for each share.

SHARACO activities include construction, ownership, management, operation, investment, purchase, participation and lease of hotels, restaurants, motels, rest houses, recreational centers, travel & tourism agencies and resorts of different kind or size, inside cities, on roads and in tourist areas. We also seek to own, develop land, and to construct building on it for renting it, and providing related catering services to them. We, in SHARACO, fulfill our objectives by ourselves or through individual or joint contracts with others.

We began our business in line with the objective laid down in our Company's Articles of Association, and we carried out a number of hotel, tourist and real estate projects along with developing the management of hotels owned by third parties by making use of our company's expertise in this area.
