This could be achieved by the general administration of the projects which represent a basic element of the work system of Sharaco where it carries out that through its highly qualified staff or through the external expertise specialized in designing the business establishments owned or managed by Sharaco. Moreover, the general administration of the projects develops and oversees the construction of these entities according to specified plans and programs that takes into consideration the technical aspects of the work and the specified cost limits in accordance with the approved quality standards. This is done to ensure that the business establishments are in line with international trends in architecture, construction industry and in accordance with the community traditions in attaining excellent tourism services.
