Al-Khaleej Resort Village

Al-Khaleej Resort Village is situated south of Khobar city in the Eastern Region of the Kingdom. It is characterized by its fantastic site, lovely design, high quality services and providing privacy and family recreation. The Village consists of 251 villas and chalets with different sizes, and multiple bed rooms ranging between 1-5 rooms overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The village offers integrated hotel services for all rooms and chalets. The services include cleaning, laundering, food and beverage catering, as well as water sports with a beach and a female club, along with 50 boat capacity harbor. In crowning the success achieved by the first phase of Al-Khaleej Village, and in response to the increasing need for private resorts, Sharaco began the construction of the second phase where it established a unique bay, of its kind in the region with an area of one million square meters.

The second phase included 200 pieces of land around the Gulf with varying areas, and each of them has its own coast with a particular overlook on the Gulf of Million. The additional plots of land for some chalets are for sale with different areas, hence, leaving the opportunity open for constructing villas and chalets according to the need of every family.
Sharaco in an attempt to integrate the various elements of the project, it has carried out an integrated infrastructure for the plots of the project land.
